This site has been identified as a potential location for new homes and community facilities in the Draft Mid Sussex Local Plan 2024.

We want to share these plans with you in more detail early in the process, to ensure your views are taken into consideration in shaping the proposals.

The new bespoke space at Bolney will give Kangaroos Mid Sussex the opportunity to continue and expand the amazing work they do with local children and adults and reach a bigger audience.

Benefits

The Foxhole Farm development in Bolney proposes 200 homes (30% affordable) alongside a community facility for special needs people, community infrastructure and environmental benefits.

The site has been designed to create a sustainable and sensitive contribution to Bolney
